Intuitive wellbeing
Intuitive wellbeing sessions are different for every individual. Being guided by a universal force far greater than the mind, one never really knows what to expect.
Having the knowledge that each recipient is a whole perfect being on all levels, (physical, emotion, mental, and spiritual), contributes to creating the right conditions, allowing the body to restore to its natural state of balance.
Both humans and non-human animals benefit from intuitive healing and sessions are offered face to face or by distance. Recommendations are provided on lifestyle changes that may be adopted to create continued wellbeing.
The philosophy and techniques used are based on Hawaiian healing and shamanism*. A number of different tools may be used such as body work, massage, energy healing, grokking, working with nature, telepathic communication, dreaming, visualisation, or physical movements to create profound change in the body.
*A shaman is a healer of relationships, whether it is the relationship between mind, body and soul, or between people; people and the animals or the earth.
Hawaiian healing philosophy assumes the following:
- Illness is the physical body telling us that something needs to change.
- All illness is caused by stress and tension.
- The source of stress is resistance.
- The key to healing is relaxation.
- Everything and everyone is connected.
- Everything is made of energy and has consciousness.
- Every being is seeking love and harmony.
- Each individual is their own best healer and creator.

The key to intuitive wellbeing is to expect the unexpected and to be open to miracles. Here is an example:
‘One evening I returned home and found that my dog Wayne’s back legs were paralysed. I knew the cause; a paralysis tick, very common in the area we were living and unfortunately the seventh time for Wayne. This meant an emergency trip to the vet and with his advanced symptoms perhaps only a few hours to live. I started preparing for us to go to the after hours clinic when I received a strong message*. Do not take him to the vet this time, use healing techniques at home. I trusted this message, all night I held him in my arms, consciously doing energy work and surrendering to accept whatever outcome may occur. In the morning he was 100% better. I am still grateful and amazed.’ Jodi Ruckley
